Terms & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Kim Jackson. My intention is to create a supportive, respectful space for your experience. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.

All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled session.

Any remaining balance is due according to the payment instructions provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me by phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments/no-shows will result in the loss of $50 deposit.

Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may have the original deposit applied toward the rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive or log in on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, the session may need to end at the originally scheduled time in consideration of other appointments.

ThetaHealing® sessions offered through Kim Jackson are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, counseling, diagnosis, medication, or treatment provided by a qualified licensed healthcare professional.

Clients should continue working with their qualified healthcare providers regarding medical or mental-health conditions and should not discontinue or alter prescribed treatment or medication based solely on information or experiences arising from a ThetaHealing® session. Participation is voluntary, and you may pause or end a session at any time.

Information shared during a private session will be treated as confidential and will not knowingly be disclosed without your permission, except when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.

Independent Practitioner

Kim Jackson is an independently operated business. ThetaHealing's official materials state that certified practitioners are independently certified and operate their own businesses rather than operating as a ThetaHealing franchise.
